If any part or application of the Respiratory Care Act is held invalid, the remainder or its application to other situations or persons shall not be affected. History: Laws 2001, ch. 188, § 16. Delayed repeals. — For delayed repeal of this section, see 61-12B-16 NMSA 1978.
