Nothing in the Occupational Therapy Act shall be construed as limiting the practice of other licensed and qualified health professionals in their specific disciplines. History: Laws 2019, ch. 5, § 4. Delayed repeals. — For the delayed repeal of this section, see 61-12A-24 NMSA 1978. Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 5, § 4, contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
