Records shall be kept by all persons licensed pursuant to the Pharmacy Act of all dangerous drugs, their receipt, withdrawal from stock and use or other disposal. The records shall be open to inspection by the board or its agents, and the licensee shall be responsible for the maintenance of the records in proper form. The 1997 amendment, effective June 20, 1997, substituted "persons licensed pursuant to the Pharmacy Act" for "hospitals, institutions or clinics" in the first sentence and substituted "the licensee" for "both the pharmacist in charge and the hospital, institution or clinic" in the second sentence.
