All money that has accumulated to the credit of the board under any previous law shall be continued for use by the board in the administration of the Pharmacy Act and any other laws being administered by the board. History: 1953 Comp., § 67-9-58, enacted by Laws 1969, ch. 29, § 26; 1997, ch. 131, § 28. The 1997 amendment, effective June 20, 1997, substituted "money that has" for "funds which have".
