Repeals. — Laws 2021, ch. 54, § 49 repealed 61-10-11.6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2019, ch. 19, § 9, relating to supervision of psychologist in the prescribing of psychotropic medication by osteopathic physician, effective July 1, 2022.
