The legislature expressly declares that its purpose in enacting the Uniform Licensing Act is to promote uniformity with respect to the conduct of board hearings and judicial review and that the Uniform Licensing Act is to be liberally construed to carry out its purpose. History: 1953 Comp., § 67-26-28, enacted by Laws 1957, ch. 247, § 28. Severability. — Laws 1957, ch. 247, § 29 provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
