Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 55, § 94 repealed 61-1-22 and 61-1-23 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1957, ch. 247, §§ 22 and 23, relating to remand for hearing newly discovered evidence; procedure before the board; appeal to supreme court, effective September 1, 1998.
