Within fifteen days after the decision is signed and executed, the board shall serve upon the parties a copy of the written decision. The 2023 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, after "decision is", deleted "rendered and", after "signed", added "and executed", and after "shall serve upon the", deleted "applicant or licensee" and added "parties".
