A. A person who holds a retailer's license or a person who holds a dispenser's license and who is allowed to sell alcoholic beverages in unbroken packages that are for consumption off premises and are not for resale may form a cooperative with one or more other persons who hold a retailer's or dispenser's license for the purposes of the advertisement or purchase of alcoholic beverages for retail sale. B. The director shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this section, including the form for cooperative agreements. History: Laws 2015, ch. 102, § 8.
