Sections 60-6A-21 through 60-6A-28 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Domestic Winery, Small Brewery and Craft Distillery Act". History: 1978 Comp., § 60-6A-21, enacted by Laws 1983, ch. 280, § 2; 1993, ch. 68, § 8; 2011, ch. 110, § 1. The 2011 amendment, effective July 1, 2011, changed the name of the act to include craft distilleries. The 1993 amendment, effective July 1, 1993, inserted "and Small Brewery".
