A. A license issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act shall be valid for three years and may be renewed for successive three-year terms. B. A permit issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act shall be valid for three years from the date of issuance and may be renewed for successive three-year terms. C. A license or permit or a renewal of a license or permit is not transferable. History: Laws 2009, ch. 81, § 12. Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 81, § 31 made the act effective July 1, 2009.
