Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Bicycle Racing Act is guilty of a petty misdemeanor. History: Laws 1991, ch. 233, § 18. Severability. — Laws 1991, ch. 233, § 19 provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
