No individual, firm, partnership, corporation or association shall possess for retail sale in this state, sell or offer for sale at retail or possess or use any fireworks other than permissible fireworks. History: Laws 1989, ch. 346, § 5; 1991, ch. 133, § 4. The 1991 amendment, effective June 14, 1991, inserted "or possess" near the end of the section.
