This act [60-13B-1 to 60-13B-15 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Elevator Safety Act". History: Laws 2023, ch. 197, § 1. Compiler's notes. — Laws 2023, ch. 197, §§ 1 through 15, the Elevator Safety Act, effective July 1, 2025, were formerly compiled as 61-38-1 through 61-38-15 NMSA 1978, and have been recompiled as 60-13B-1 through 60-13B-15 NMSA 1978 by the compiler. Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 197, § 16 made Laws 2023, ch. 197, § 1 effective July 1, 2025.
