An existing employee leasing contractor domiciled in New Mexico as of September 30, 1993 shall be issued an employee leasing contractor's license upon application. History: Laws 1993, ch. 162, § 4; 1995, ch. 24, §1. The 1995 amendment, effective June 16, 1995, rewrote the section.
