local government division's annual budget. The local government division shall calculate the amount of funds to which all leasehold communities are entitled as provided in Subsection B of Section 3 [6-6A-3B NMSA 1978] of the Leasehold Community Assistance Act and shall include that amount in the division's annual budget in the general appropriation act.
