No later than September 1 of each year, agencies shall submit performance-based program budget requests for the subsequent fiscal year to the division and to the committee. The 2004 amendment, effective May 19, 2004, deleted the first sentence of Subsection A, deleted obsolete language in Subsection A and deleted Subsection B.
