Chapter 6, Article 3A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Accountability in Government Act". History: Laws 1999, ch. 5, § 1 and 1999, ch. 15, § 1; 2019, ch. 23, § 1. The 2019 amendment, effective June 14, 2019 changed "Sections 1 through 8 of this act" to "Chapter 6, Article 3A NMSA 1978".
