Chapter 6, Article 33 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Venture Capital Program Act". History: Laws 2022, ch. 21, § 1; 2023, ch. 127, § 1. The 2023 amendment, effective June 16, 2023, deleted "This act" and added "Chapter 6, Article 33 NMSA 1978".
