Sections 1 through 8 [6-30-1 to 6-30-8 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Colonias Infrastructure Act". History: Laws 2010, ch. 10, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2010, ch. 10, § 11 made the Colonias Infrastructure Act effective July 1, 2011.
