Felony and gambling-related convictions; ineligibility for lottery positions

No person who has been convicted of a felony or a gambling-related offense under
federal law or the law of any state may be a board member, chief executive officer,
officer or employee of the authority, lottery vendor or lottery retailer. Prior to
appointment as a board member, chief executive officer or other officer or employee, a
person shall submit to the board a full set of fingerprints made at a law enforcement
agency by an agent or officer of such agency on forms supplied by the authority. The
executive vice president for security may require a lottery retailer to submit fingerprints
prior to completing a contract.
