Repeals. — Laws 2004, ch. 73, § 1 repealed 6-12-3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1941, ch. 172, § 1, relating to bonds, debentures and certificates of indebtedness authorized in 1941 and investment of the state's permanent funds, effective May 19, 2004.
