Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 388, § 43 repealed 59A-44-43 to 59A-44-45 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1984, ch. 127, §§ 828, 829, and as amended by Laws 1988, ch. 89, § 4, relating to exemptions of certain societies, penalties, and other applicable provisions, effective January 1, 1990.
