All documents, materials or other information in the possession or control of the office that are obtained by or disclosed to the office or the authority in the course of a review under the Health Care Consolidation Oversight Act are confidential. History: Laws 2024, ch. 40, § 4. Delayed repeals. — Laws 2024, ch. 40, § 9 repealed 59A-63-4 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2025. Effective dates. — Pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, Laws 2024, ch. 40 did not pass with the required two-thirds vote of each house. Therefore, the effective date of Laws 2024, ch. 40 was May 15, 2024.
