Confidentiality. (Repealed effective July 1, 2025.)

All documents, materials or other information in the possession or control of the office that are obtained by or disclosed to the office or the authority in the course of a review under the Health Care Consolidation Oversight Act are confidential.
History: Laws 2024, ch. 40, § 4.
Delayed repeals. — Laws 2024, ch. 40, § 9 repealed 59A-63-4 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2025.
Effective dates. — Pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, Laws 2024, ch. 40 did not pass with the required two-thirds vote of each house. Therefore, the effective date of Laws 2024, ch. 40 was May 15, 2024.
