This act [59A-63-1 to 59A-63-8 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Health Care Consolidation Oversight Act". History: Laws 2024, ch. 40, § 1. Delayed repeals. — Laws 2024, ch. 40, § 9 repealed 59A-63-1 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2025. Effective dates. — Pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, Laws 2024, ch. 40 did not pass with the required two-thirds vote of each house. Therefore, the effective date of Laws 2024, ch. 40 was May 15, 2024.
