This act [59A-59A-1 to 59A-59A-8 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act". History: Laws 2024, ch. 33, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2024, ch. 33, § 9 made Laws 2024, ch. 33, § 1 effective January 1, 2025.
