The state fire marshal shall furnish to the proper law enforcement officers any evidence that the marshal may discover in the marshal's investigations that indicates criminal acts. History: Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 959; 2020, ch. 9, § 40. The 2020 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, after the first occurrence of "The", added "state fire" preceding "marshal".
