As of July 1, 2003, subscriber contracts of a health care plan shall also be subject to coverage for special medical diets for genetic inborn errors of metabolism as required of health insurers in Chapter 59A, Article 22 NMSA 1978. History: Laws 2003, ch. 192, § 3. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 192 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 20, 2003, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
