As of July 1, 2003, each health maintenance organization that delivers or issues for delivery in the state an individual or group contract shall provide coverage for the treatment of genetic inborn errors of metabolism as set forth in Chapter 59A, Article 22 NMSA 1978. History: Laws 2003, ch. 192, § 2. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 192 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 20, 2003, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
