The superintendent shall from time to time deposit in one or more state or national banks, savings banks or trust companies the monies collected by him in a proceeding under this article. The superintendent may deposit such monies or any part thereof in a national bank or trust company as a trust fund. History: Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 730.
