Sections 59A-37-11 through 59A-37-19.2 NMSA 1978 shall not apply to any insurer, information or transaction if and to the extent that the superintendent by rule, regulation or order shall exempt the same from the provisions of such sections. History: Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 633; 1993, ch. 320, § 80. The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, substituted "Sections 59A-37-11 through 59A-37-19.2 NMSA 1978" for "Sections 626 through 634 of this article" at the beginning of the section.
