The superintendent may require or allow two or more affiliated insurers subject to registration to file a consolidated registration statement. History: Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 631; 1993, ch. 320, § 79. The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, deleted "or consolidated reports amending their consolidated registration statement or their individual registration statements" at the end of the section and made a stylistic change.
