Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 115, § 1 repealed 59A-29-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1985, ch. 61, § 8, providing a termination date for the FAIR Plan Act but providing an exception for outstanding obligations, effective June 18, 1993.
