Chapter 59A, Article 24A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Medicare Supplement Act". History: Laws 1989, ch. 28, § 1; 1992, ch. 3, § 1. The 1992 amendment, effective March 2, 1992, substituted "Chapter 59A, Article 24A NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 15 of this act".
