Chapter 59A, Article 23H NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Easy Enrollment Act". History: Laws 2022, ch. 33, § 1; 2024, ch. 39, § 128. The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "Sections 1 through 6 of this act" to "Chapter 59A, Article 23H NMSA 1978". Applicability. — Laws 2022, ch. 33, § 9 provided that the provisions of Laws 2022, ch. 33 apply to taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2022.
