Chapter 59A, Article 23G NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Short-Term Health Plan and Excepted Benefit Act". History: Laws 2019, ch. 235, § 1; 2023, ch. 169, § 6. The 2023 amendment, effective June 16, 2023, changed "Sections 1 through 7 of this act" to "Chapter 59A, Article 23G NMSA 1978".
