Chapter 59A, Article 23D NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Medical Care Savings Account Act". History: Laws 1995, ch. 93, § 1; 1997, ch. 243, § 26; 1997, ch. 254, § 1. The 1997 amendment, effective April 11, 1997, substituted "Chapter 59A, Article 23D NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 7 of this act". Laws 1997, ch. 243, § 26, effective April 11, 1997, enacted identical amendments to this section. The section was set out as amended by Laws 1997, ch. 254, § 1. See 12-1-8 NMSA 1978.
