Chapter 59A, Article 23C NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Small Group Rate and Renewability Act". History: Laws 1991, ch. 153, § 1; 1994, ch. 75, § 29. The 1994 amendment, effective January 1, 1995, substituted "Chapter 59A, Article 23C NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 9 of this act". Applicability. — Laws 1994, ch. 75, § 36 made the provisions of §§ 26 to 34 of the act applicable to all plans and policies delivered, issued for delivery or renewed on or after January 1, 1995.
