There may be a provision as follows: The insurance company may cancel this policy only pursuant to the provisions of Section 59A-23E-19 NMSA 1978. History: Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 445; 1998, ch. 41, § 2. The 1998 amendment, effective March 6, 1998, substituted "pursuant to the provisions of Section 59A-23E-19 NMSA 1978" for the language beginning with "at the expiration of any term" in the middle of the section.
