The superintendent shall adopt rules to govern the registration of health insurance cooperatives, including the registration of cooperative employees, pursuant to Chapter 59A, Article 23 NMSA 1978. History: Laws 2011, ch. 34, § 3. Effective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. 34 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2011, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
