Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 108, § 81 repealed 59A-2-5 and 59A-2-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1984, ch. 127, §§ 23 and 24, relating to conflicts of interest of, and prohibiting gratuities to, the superintendent of insurance, effective January 1, 1999.
