The office of superintendent of insurance shall cooperate with the New Mexico health insurance exchange to share information and assist in the implementation of the functions of the exchange. History: Laws 2013, ch. 54, § 10. Emergency clauses. — Laws 2013, ch. 54, § 17 contained an emergency clause and was approved March 28, 2013. Severability. — Laws 2013, ch. 54, § 16 provided that if any part or application of Laws 2013, ch. 54, §§ 1 through 15 are held invalid, the remainder or its application to other situations or persons shall not be affected.
