Chapter 59A, Article 16C NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Insurance Fraud Act". History: Laws 1998, ch. 115, § 1; 2018, ch. 42, § 1. The 2018 amendment, effective March 1, 2018, deleted "This act" and added "Chapter 59A, Article 16C NMSA 1978".
