No later than July 21, 2012, the superintendent shall participate in the national insurance producer database of the association, or any other equivalent uniform national database, for the licensure of surplus lines brokers and the renewal of the licenses. History: Laws 2011, ch. 156, § 10. Effective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2011, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature. Applicability. — Laws 2011, ch. 156, § 11 provided that the provisions §§ 3 through 10 of Laws 2011, ch. 156 are applicable to insurance policies issued on or after July 21, 2011.
