The board shall prepare an annual report on the operation of the New Mexico work and save IRA program and the New Mexico retirement plan marketplace and shall provide the report to the governor, the state treasurer and appropriate legislative interim committees and shall make the report available to all program participants, participating employers and the general public. History: Laws 2020, ch. 7, § 12; 2021, ch. 46, § 9. The 2021 amendment, effective June 18, 2021, required the New Mexico work and save board to prepare an annual report on the operation of the New Mexico work and save IRA program and the New Mexico retirement plan marketplace, to provide the report to the governor, the state treasurer and appropriate legislative interim committees, and to make the report available to program participants, participating employers and the general public; and after "New Mexico work and save", added "IRA program and the New Mexico retirement plan marketplace and shall provide the report", and after "interim committees and", deleted "made" and added "shall make the report".
