Money from the fund may be used to match federal, local or private money to be used for projects authorized under the Land Title Trust Fund Act. History: Laws 1997, ch. 118, § 7. Emergency clauses. — Laws 1997, ch. 118, § 11 makes the Land Title Trust Fund Act effective immediately. Approved April 9, 1997.
