A consumer credit bank shall be subject to the laws governing financial institutions except when the rights, powers, privileges or provisions of those laws are inconsistent with the rights, powers, privileges, provisions or limitations of the Consumer Credit Bank Act, in which case the latter shall control. History: Laws 1993, ch. 11, § 8. Severability clauses. — Laws 1993, ch. 11, § 9 provides for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
