Sections 1 through 9 of this act [58-18C-1 to 58-18C-9 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "New Mexico Housing Trust Fund Act". History: Laws 2005, ch. 105, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 105, § 11 makes the act effective July 1, 2005.
