Repeals. — Laws 1995, ch. 9, § 37 repeals 58-18-9.1 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1983, ch. 310, § 2, relating to the authority's financing or purchase of multiple-family dwelling project mortgage loans insured by the SHA, effective June 16, 1995.
