A. The attorney general shall adopt rules necessary to implement and enforce the provisions of the Distributed Generation Disclosure Act. The attorney general shall, by January 1, 2018, issue form disclosure statements that may be used to provide the disclosures required by the Distributed Generation Disclosure Act for agreements with buyers or lessees. B. Disclosure statements provided in substantially the form issued by the attorney general shall be regarded as complying with the disclosure statements required by Subsection A of Section 3 [57-31-3 NMSA 1978] of the Distributed Generation Disclosure Act. History: Laws 2017, ch. 102, § 5. Effective dates. — Laws 2017, ch. 102 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2017, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
